Terms of Use

Tracts published on this site are given out free of charge for the purpose of spreading the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. There are no exclusive copyright rights attached to them. You are free to use in part or in full the content of these tracts ONLY for the purpose of spreading the Gospel. Nevertheless, you may have to cite the source of the material where correspondence may be directed to as the case may be.

For instance, there are some tracts which we reproduced on this site under permission from their original producers. In such cases, we are careful to give credit to the original source. This is also needful in case the reader may want to contact the source for more information.

If you produce our original tracts, you may have to cite the source like this: “This tract is reproduced under permission from Salvation Tracts Publication” and then you can direct all correspondence either to yourself or organization or to us at P. O. Box, 388, Agege 100283, Lagos, Nigeria. For other tracts we reproduce from external sources, please cite the sources accordingly. May the Lord bless you abundantly.

If you submit any tract for publication, such tract may not be published immediately or it may not be published at all. This is because we have to scrutinize the content of such tract to see if it complies with our vision. If your tract meets our requirement (leading people to salvation or helping them to maintain their salvation); we will publish it on the site but if not, we will not publish it. We may send back your tract if unpublished telling you the reason why it cannot be published.

If you share your testimony with us, we may publish it on the site with your particulars for other people to share unless you personally tell us not to do so. For every published testimony, we will try as much as possible to protect your privacy by providing only the initials of your names and your state/province/region of residence or by using only your first name and your country of residence, e.g. “S. A; Lagos” or “Sam, Nigeria”.

By signing up for our free News Letter, bulletins and notification on new publications, you agree that we will not in any way share your email address with a third party or use such for any fraudulent act or to disparage your person. We will not at any time send a SPAM email to your mail box. You are free to unsubscribe at any time you think your privacy is compromised.
